Kidwelly plastic cards
Passes for marshals and motorsport crews
Kidwelly, or Cydweli, is a Carmarthenshire town of around 3,700 people, and just three miles away lies Pembrey Circuit, which hosts race meetings and rallies throughout the year. Pembrey Airport is nearby too.
Motorsport events run on teams of marshals, officials, scrutineers, medical crews, recovery drivers, timing staff and hospitality volunteers, plus competitors’ pit crews. Every one of them needs a pass that shows where they’re allowed to go, from the paddock to the pit wall.
We print plastic passes and ID cards with photos, names and roles, colour-coded by access zone. Season passes can be numbered and dated, and marshal cards can show grade or post.
Every card is printed in full colour on both sides, so the back can carry safety briefings, an emergency number or a lost-pass return address.
Castle and heritage staff
Kidwelly Castle, founded in 1106 and besieged by Owain Glyndŵr’s forces in 1403, is one of Wales’s best-preserved medieval castles. Its tinplate works of 1737 was only the second in Britain. Heritage staff and volunteers need clear name badges.
See our event badge printing or our ID cards for business.

Carer ID in Kidwelly and the Gwendraeth
Care agencies in Kidwelly visit residents in Mynyddygarreg, Trimsaran, Ferryside and the Gwendraeth valley.
We print carer cards with a large photo and the carer’s name and agency in bold, in English, Welsh or both, with a contact number on the back. Bilingual printing carries an additional cost.
We keep your design on file, so new carers’ cards are quick to reorder and sent on next day delivery.
Colour on both faces
Front and back are both printed in full colour. Motorsport passes often carry a safety briefing on the back, and heritage sites add visitor rules.

Passes that show the zone at a glance
At a race meeting, a gate marshal has seconds to check a pass.
We use a strong colour for each access zone, a large photo for staff and officials, and clear numbers for season passes.
Send your artwork and list of names and we’ll prepare a proof. Approved designs stay on file for next season.
