Silverbridge plastic ID cards
ID for rural transport drivers
Silverbridge is a small village of around 110 people in the townland of Legmoylin, south County Armagh, where the road crosses the Cully Water. Its old name, Belanargit, comes from the Irish for “ford mouth of the silver”. The village falls under the Newry post town, and rural south Armagh relies on cars, taxis, school buses and vans to link its scattered townlands with Newry, Crossmaglen and Newtownhamilton.
Taxi firms, school transport contractors, community transport schemes and delivery companies all put drivers into contact with the public, often with children or older people. Passengers, parents and schools want to check that a driver is who they say they are.
We print plastic driver ID with a large photo, the driver’s name, company and badge number, colour-coded for taxi, school run and delivery work. Escorts and passenger assistants can have their own cards.
Every card is printed in full colour on both sides, so the back can carry the operator’s phone number, a booking line or a lost-card return address.
Sports clubs and local businesses
