ID WebBureau
You can set up an account with our ID WebBureau if you want to order ID cards for your business. Our design team will work with you to create your ID Card template after you’ve created an account with our ID WebBureau. You will receive login information for your online portal as soon as you approve your ID card design, allowing you to upload photos and personal information for everyone employed.
You can now order your ID Card prints once you’ve completed and approved the information. We can print using high-quality, biodegradable PVC ID Cards or something more within a budget along with your design on them and send them to your home. All of your cards are safely stored in your account, where you can log in to request reprints or new cards for new employees.

How long do our printed ID cards last?
When we print on top-quality white Fotodek PVC cards, your printed staff ID will have a high-quality print finish that lasts a long time. Our cards last at least 3 years, but frequently far longer.
If you want a card with a longer life expectancy, please contact us and we’ll be able to help you choose the best options for printing and laminating.
What can I print onto a PVC card?
Any design and information on your PVC cards is optional! This includes photographs, symbols, text, barcodes, and security features. If you’re searching for a distinctive take on things, we offer a variety of coloured blank card choices to print on.
Please keep in mind that these are not always suitable for printing photos or logos; therefore, contact us to learn more about your needs. All card design and data is subject to fraudulent order checks.
Who is responsible for designing my plastic ID cards?
Your cards can be created in-house or by yourself. We’ll work with you to ensure that you’re 100% pleased with your cards if you decide to have them created by our team.
Do we use technology cards for our printed staff ID cards?
Yes, we can print your staff ID on technology cards. We may print contactless, chip, and magnetic stripe cards that work with most systems. MIFARE® is our most popular smart card; Paxton, HID, Cotag, Indala, Keri, ACT, PAC, TDSi.
How can I keep my cards safe from fraud and copying?
We can add security features such as guilloche, UV foiling, microtext, holograms, embossing, and signature panels to your identity cards to prevent fraud.
Is it possible to have plastic ID cards produced at a later date?
Yes, you may order cards through our call-off service and then request them on an as-needed basis. You can purchase a quantity of cards (MOQ 50 cards) and subsequently request them as needed. Please contact us for further information.
How will my ID card look once its been printed?
Pure white elements on cards, owing to the printing process, may result in visible, but faint lines next to the white element. This happens when the printer’s heating compartments cool down as a result of non-printing pure white parts. This is often only minor and has little effect on your design, however it should be considered while designing identification cards.
To reduce the faint lines, avoid putting pure white components on blocks of solid color. Consider using an off-white colour that still appears to be white but needs to be printed instead of a pure white element.
