Terms and Conditions for ID Cards and Lanyards

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing ID cards and lanyards from our company. Your use of our products and services indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Product Specifications: We reserve the right to modify the design, materials, and specifications of our ID cards and lanyards without prior notice. The images displayed on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the actual product received.
2. Ordering and Payment: All orders must be placed through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.
3. Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time provided at the time of order placement. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only.
4. Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product(s) in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to our discretion. Customised items, such as personalised ID cards or lanyards, are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team.
5. Warranty: We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for our ID cards and lanyards for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue.
6. Liability: Our liability for any claim related to the purchase or use of our ID cards and lanyards is limited to the purchase price of the product(s). We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. This limitation does not apply to our obligations under clause 7 (Data Protection), and nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
7. Data Protection: Where the customer supplies us with personal data relating to third parties (for example the names, photographs, job titles or ID numbers of its staff, members or service users) for the purpose of producing cards, the customer is the data controller and we are the data processor of that data. In respect of that data we shall: (a) process it only on the customer’s documented instructions and solely to fulfil the order; (b) ensure that all persons authorised to process it are bound by obligations of confidentiality; (c) implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it; (d) not engage any sub-processor to process it without the customer’s prior written consent; (e) notify the customer without undue delay on becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting it; (f) assist the customer in responding to requests from data subjects and in meeting its obligations under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018; (g) delete it within 90 days of the order being completed, or sooner or later where the customer instructs us in writing; and (h) make available to the customer the information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with this clause. The customer warrants that it has a lawful basis for supplying the data to us and for our processing of it as described. A full data processing agreement is available on request and, where signed by both parties, takes precedence over this clause. Our handling of personal data is otherwise described in our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
8. Intellectual Property: All designs, images, text, and other content displayed on our website or marketing materials are the exclusive property of our company and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the current terms and conditions before placing an order.
11. Marketing Use of Designs: We may display examples of card and lanyard designs we have produced in our marketing materials, website and social media. We never publish real cardholder photographs or personal details. Where a design is shown, all photographs, names and other personal details are replaced with placeholder images and fictional details. If you would prefer that your design is not shown at all, please let us know in writing and we will honour that request.

By purchasing our ID cards and lanyards, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not purchase or use our products.
