Woodley ID badges
A town built around an aerodrome
Woodley is a town of 28,848 people (2021) in the Borough of Wokingham, about 4 miles east of Reading, next to Earley. Its aerodrome opened in 1929 on farmland at Sandford Farm, and the aircraft firm that became Miles Aircraft built planes here for decades. That history is now kept alive by the Museum of Berkshire Aviation.
Today Woodley is largely residential, with its shopping precinct on Crockhamwell Road and a town council based at the Oakwood Centre. Shops, offices, surgeries and schools need staff badges and visitor passes, and the town’s volunteer groups need clear name badges.
We print photo ID badges with a name, role and logo, plus volunteer and visitor badges in separate colours.
Every badge is printed in full colour on both sides, so the back can carry a contact number or meeting point.
Volunteers in the parks and reserves
Woodley has three local nature reserves, Alder Moors, Highwood and Lavells Lake, where conservation volunteers work, and a parkrun in Woodford Park every Saturday, with a junior event on Sundays. Volunteers like these need badges that marshals and the public can spot.

Full colour on both sides
Front and back are both printed in full colour. Volunteer groups often print the group leader’s number and meeting point on the back.
